Laal Singh Chaddha: Former England spinner and international cricketer Monty Panesar has urged everyone to boycott Aamir khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer film- Laal Singh Chaddha. And why is that so? Well, it seems that the former cricketer isn’t really happy with its portrayal of the Indian Army and the Sikh community.
While, Even before the movie was released, it courted controversy after thousands of netizens urged everyone to boycott it. And now the former cricketer is not only supporting it, but starting this trend all over again.

Panesar took to Twitter to express his disappointment over the portrayal of Indian Armed Forces, Indian Army and Sikhs. And further compared Laal Singh Chaddha to Forrest Gump. The Spinner Wrote, “ Forrest Gump fits in the US Army because the US was recruiting low IQ men to meet requirements for the Vietnam War. This movie is total disgrace to India Armed Forces Indian Army and Sikhs !! Disrespectful. Disgraceful.”
And that’s not it! He even shared the number of honours won by Sikhs who have served in the Indian Army.
Users slams Monty
While some users did not like Monty’s bashing and viewpoint on the film and trolled him instead. Some individualindividuals even compared him to Bharatiya Janta Party. Attacked him by saying that he is only giving a boycott call for the film because he wants to work in India in future.
While Laal Singh Chaddha has been directed by Advait Chandan, written by Atul Kulkarni and produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom18 Studios, and released on August 11, Thursday. Some of the other actors to feature in the movie are Kareena Kapoor, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, Mona Singh, and Manav Vij.
