She has made solitude a way of her life and despite having tenants now, who are also her next-door neighbors, the woman prefers to be alone. However, she cannot help but notice strange but familiar noises coming out of their house. She puts two and two together and realizes the man residing at his house has been beating his wife. Suddenly, she is reminded of her past. The traumatic memories are brought back and she steps up to help the wife. The wife, too, finds a confidante in the landlady and the two began to spend more time together. However, what began as sympathy soon blossoms into budding romance and the two begin to explore more of their relationships. What will be the outcome of this relationship?
