Mom is no longer with us in physical form.” His tribute captured the sorrow felt by their family and the countless admirers of the beloved folk singer. Her son Anshuman helped release the song on her behalf, as she was unable to make a video recording. This song, filled with emotion and faith, reflects her deep connection to Chhathi Maiya and her enduring commitment to bring joy to devotees, even in her last days.

The singer’s resilience in her final days was deeply affected by the recent loss of her husband, Brajkishore Sinha, who passed away due to a brain hemorrhage. When admitted to AIIMS Delhi, it seemed her desire to continue fighting had lessened, her heart yearning for reunion with her beloved partner.
