Kerala Police has filed a rape case against him based on an allegation from a female. In this regard, a representative of the Ernakulam Rural Police stated on Tuesday that an FIR has been filed against the director and an investigation has been initiated based on the complaint of a young actress. The complaint was lodged in Kochi
The police commissioner of Kochi city received the woman’s complaint, the officer said. Due to the case’s local connection, it was moved to the Nedumbassery police station under the Ernakulam Rural Police after the FIR was filed. According to the police, the filmmaker faces charges under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 376.
