Janhvi Kapoor: With the release date just around the corner, Janhvi Kapoor is in full swing to cover the promotion of her upcoming survival-thriller ‘Mili’. The initial reviews indicate that the movie is worth a watch and the leading lady, Jahnvi’s acting is a notch above. Continuing the same trend of her movie promotions, Janhvi and the ‘Mili’ team had organised a special screening of the movie for influencers just before the actual release date i.e. 4th of November.
Janhvi promotes Mili In Style
Adapted from Ritesh Shah’s screenplay, the film is directed by Mathukutty Xavier and is a remake of his own 2019 Malayalam film Helen. The movie also stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa in pivotal roles. The special screening of the movie was held in Mumbai in which many noteworthy influencers were present.
Janhvi Kapoor was seen wearing a simple yellow kurta and featuring a cute smile, making her look effortlessly gorgeous. Her simple and classy look attracted the eyes of everyone present in the screening while her aura and charisma continued to bring praise to the performance.
There will be high expectations for Mili after Jahnvi won over fans in the OTT release Good Luck Jerry, which debuted earlier this year. At the same time, the producers and the cast are under pressure from the film’s potential box office success.
Mili To Clash With Katrina Kaif’s Phone Bhoot
The film Mili centres on Janhvi’s titular role, who is trapped in a freezer and struggling to survive as the temperature drops hourly. Janhvi claimed that she spent 20 days straight filming the movie inside a freezer at – 15 degrees.
The movie will clash with Katrina Kaif, Ishan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer ‘Phone Bhoot’.
