She can be seen starting her day’s fitness routine with dumbbell workout. She bends her knees and her back and works on her core muscles and her leg muscles.
In the later part of the video, Mrunal stretches her one arm with dumbbell, and quickly lies down and performs a pushup. She repeats the routine with her other arm as well before she performs a crawling routine.
