New on Disney+Hotstar: She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is set to release at 12 a.m. PT on Thursday, August 18.
The show will be updated weekly on the streaming platform. Each of the nine episodes will come out every Thursday until October 13. This is the eighth Marvel TV series and wraps up phase four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The story follows the titular heroine: a lawyer who works on cases involving superpowered people. Cousins with the hulk we all know and love, Bruce Banner, Jennifer can turn into a towering green creature known as She-Hulk. In the story, Jennifer gets her powers after a laboratory incident with her cousin’s blood.
Emmy and Golden Globe winner Tatiana Maslany is set to play the role of Jennifer Walters, the cousin of Bruce Banner. And for all the OG fans, not to worry, Mark Ruffalo will be reprising his role as bruce Banner/The Hulk as well.
Additional cast includes Jameela Jamil, Ginger Gonzaga, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Josh Segarra. Megan Thee Stallion is rumored to also appear in the series. Among other surprises, Charlie Cox is reprising his role as Matt Murdock/Daredevil. Additionally, Tim Roth (from The Incredible Hulk) is returning as Abomination.
