T-Series, one of India’s largest music labels, has been hit with plagiarism allegations from Pakistani singer, Farasat Anees, who claimed that the company copied his song ‘Biba’ without permission. Anees alleged that T-Series copied the chords, intro, and arrangements of his song for their own version called ‘Biba’. Farasat Anees released his song ‘Biba’ two years ago and it garnered a lot of praise and attention on social media from fans. T-Series released their song on February. It is sung by Sachet Tandon and DJ Chetas made the music.
Farasat Anees called it ‘disgrace’
Farasat Anees shared a post on his Instagram account highlighting the part that was copied by T-Series. He uploaded two clips from the song to highlight the plagiarism. He wrote in the caption, “What a disgrace @tseries.official stealing out work because it has been trending in the world. Me & my brothers @toshaayy @slicktrickk worked day & night to bring this song where it is. PLEASE HAVE SOME SHAME & stop ruining every good song from Pakistan.”
The allegations against T-Series have caused quite a stir in the music industry, with many fans and celebrities taking to social media to voice their opinions on the matter. Some have even called for legal action to be taken against T-Series.

He also uploaded a story on his Instagram account with the caption, “SO FUCKED UP OF @tseries.official FOR COPYING MY TRACK ‘BIBA’ WE COMING YOUR WAY, HANG ON TIGHT.”
Fans came in support of Farasat Anees. They uploaded stories and reacted in the comment section of the post. One user wrote, “Yeh lanti copy hi kar sakte khud ka kuch hota nahi in se. Original ko kohi b beat nahi kar sakta.” Another user wrote, “Na sharam ati hy na naqal krni, shame on t-series.”
