This is what Parineeti Chopra said about achievement
On January 25, a gala ceremony was conducted to honour the 75 Achievers. The honours were presented earlier this week. Other University of Manchester alumni recognised as young achievers included Somdip Dey, Dr. Srijan Jinda, and Arundhuti Gupta. Parineeti had said, while winning her prize, “Life has come full circle for me, and I’m pleased to be back where it all began! It’s a fantastic, special experience to be able to return to Manchester Business School, get this award, and celebrate it at the UK Parliament.” The university awarded the actor a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, Finance, and Economics in 2009.
In a 2017 interview with Mumbai Mirror, the actress discussed her alternative career path prior to joining the film industry “My time in Manchester was filled with a variety of academic experiences as well as a lot of fun. I began applying to investment banking businesses during my final semester. I didn’t want to limit my options to the United Kingdom and was willing to accept any good corporate position anywhere in the world.”
