Parineeti Chopra, the gorgeous actress, was casted in the recently released film of prominent director Imtiaz Ali. The film featured Diljit Dosanjh in the lead role and Parineeti played Amarjot Kaur. In a recent interview, the actress opened up on not getting work.
Parineeti Chopra talked about the camps, circles, and favourites that exist in the industry. She made the point that if two people are equally talented and have the ability to contribute equally, one may be given favor over the other and lose out on possibilities for work as a result. She claims that working with certain actors and directors opens doors to job opportunities. She expressed her hope that the industry’s “decision-makers” will see her talent and extend work opportunities. It could be said that the actress pointed towards nepotism by blaming favouritism.
