Ponniyin Selvan box office collection: Director Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1 is going great on the box office ever since it hit the theatres on September 30. The south Indian film is now heading towards the big mark of 450 crores at the box office. Many trade experts reveal that the historical based film will create the big mark on the industry. Ponniyin Selvan is reaching high numbers only in Tamil version, other languages are not performing that well in the Indian and International circuit compare to Tamil.

Ponniyin Selvan: Part 1 shocked everyone with the great success at the box office in less than two weeks. The film has surpassed 400 crore mark worldwide and it’s still going great. According to reports, Ponniyin Selvan is a clear winner at the box office. The filmmakers said that they have recovered their investments in the first part of the movie as the movie surpassed the big mark. The both parts of the film were shot in a single time and sold to multiple platforms as single film. The film is very close to make a 450-crore mark. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala has posted on his social media account about the collection of PS 1, he wrote in the caption, “At the Germany Box office, #PS1 has grossed €157,116 [₹ 1.25 Crs] from reported locations in 10 days..”

Ponniyin Selvan is a historical based film directed by Mani Ratnam. The second part of the film will hit the theatres in six to nine months.
