Rihanna’s tweet on farmers’ protest reignites Diljit vs Kangana on Twitter

Diljit Dosanjh vs Kangana Ranaut once again intensified on Twitter after the former released a song, titled RiRi, lavishing heaps of praises on international pop star Rihanna who became the first international celeb with significant following to throw light on ongoing farmers’ protest in India. Kangana, who was the first celeb to react to Rihanna’s tweet and didn’t mind stooping as low as ever while trying to bring the pop star down has now slammed Diljit Dosanjh for his token of appreciation.

Taking to Twitter to mock Diljit, Kangana while sharing Diljit’s post wrote, “They also need to earn a rupee or two. Since when have you been planning this? It takes at least a month to release a song, and libru (short derogatory term for liberal) want us to believe it’s all organic. Ha ha.”

Just minutes later, Diljit, who has previously been loggerheads with Kangana over the same topic, took to thrash Kangana’s statement as he wrote in Punjabi, “Rs 2 (laughing emoji) Don’t talk to me about your job,” while adding that the song, made on Rihanna, only took half an hour to go. Asking Kangana to leave him, Diljit wrote, “Please don’t bore me.”

Kanagna then flaunted her patriotism as she said her one and only job is deshbhakti, while calling Diljit a Khalistani(Terrorist). “This country is only for Indian, not Khalistanis. Say you are not a Khalistani, condemn fringe groups such as Khalistanis participating in protests. If you say this I will apologise and consider you a true patriot,” she tweeted.

Diljit, further, replying to her said that the country doesn’t belong to her, asking Kangana to stop pretending like she’s God.

When Kangana continued her blatant claims to prove that Diljit is a Khalistani, Diljit signed off by saying, “You create your own responses to problems and celebrate… who asked for your certificate of approval?” while adding that he wouldn’t be replying to Kangana’s tweet anymore.

Rihanna triggered a debate on Twitter after she took to the micro-blogging site to share a report by CNN that mentioned internet shutdown on outskirts of India asking her 100 million followers to pay attention to the topic.
