Salman Khan: The Bollywood superstar has been granted Y+ security after death threats from Bishnoi gang. The actor was previously provided X security. With the upgrade, the actor will now be surrounded by two armed guards at all times, while two guards will be stationed outside his home. The Protection branch of the Mumbai police took this decision after the Ready actor was received threats from Bishnoi Gang.
Salman Khan Granted Y+ Security
Salman Khan was on the Lawrence Bishnoi’s hit list for a long time. However, after the death of singer Sidhu Moosewala, the gang has openly been threatening the actor. Following constant threats, the Mumbai police has now upgraded actor’s security from X to Y+. The actor will now be accompanied by two armed guards at all places, while two others will be placed at his residence.

Lawrence Bishnoi’s Threat to Actor
In June this year, an unsigned letter was found by Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan during his morning walk which had “Tumhara Moose Wala Haal Kar Denge” written over it. The letter was found just weeks after the death of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.
According to the Punjab Police, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had planned to kill Salman Khan before the death of Salman Khan. Kapil Pandit, a shooter of the Lawrence Nishnoi gang who was recently arrested from the Indo-Nepal border, was instrumental in planning the murder.
Work Front
Salman Khan will next be seen in Tiger 3, which will debut in theatre on Diwali 2023. He will also be seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Ka Jaan in pipeline. Salman also has a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.
