Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently talked about being diagnosed with Myositis earlier this year. According to recent reports, the Yashoda actress has decided to take ayurvedic treatment to cure this auto-immune disorder. A new report stated that Samantha is currently in Hyderabad and she has approached a specialist of traditional Ayurveda. Report also claimed that the actress has been undergoing rejuvenation and immunity-boosting therapy of Ayurveda. However, there is no official confirmation about this. This report has come to fore after the news of Samantha being hospitalised.
The reports suggested that the Yashoda actress was taken to the hospital after her health was deteriorated but Samantha’s spokesperson denied all these reports and told that she is at home and resting. In October, Samantha shocked everyone when she shared her image in the hospital to tell her fans that the actress was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition called Myositis.
Samantha shared about being diagnosed
Samantha shared photo on her Instagram and wrote, “Your response to the Yashodha Trailer was overwhelming. It is this love and connection that I share with all of you, that gives me the strength to deal with the seemingly unending challenges that life throws at me. A few months back I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped.”
Actress further added “I am slowly realising that we don’t always need to put up a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something that I am still struggling with. The doctors are confident that I will make a complete recovery very soon. I have had good days and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. and even when it feels like I can’t handle one more day of this, somehow that moment passes. I guess it can only mean that I am one more day closer to recovery. I love you. THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
