Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a strong independent woman who does not let trolls have it their way. After her much-ambitious project, Shaakuntalam tanked at the box office, Telugu producer Chittibabu went on to vilify her and called her ‘old’. The 35-year-old actor has now taken to her Instagram handle to give it back to the producer in her own badass way.
Samantha’s befitting reply to trolls
Samantha, who suffers from an autoimmune condition called myositis, took to Instagram and shared a carousel post that reflected her day-to-day activities. This includes her shoot schedule, a visit to hospitals, and travel. She began by sharing a picture of her 16-year-old self followed by a picture of her two pet dogs. The actor then shared a photo of herself with an oxygen mask on. She also shared a screenshot of searching how to use ‘hyperbaric therapy’ for autoimmune conditions.
In the next photo, she was seen riding a horse and then enjoying a desert in a hotel room as she shot for an ad. She summed up her post by sharing a workout picture, a grand property video and a quote by Rabindranath Tagore that read, “The one who plants tree, knowing that he or she will never sit in their shade, has at least started to understand the meaning of life.” “As I see it,” she captioned the post, seemingly taking a dig at the procuder.
