Samantha has said that she wakes up at 5.30 in the morning and after waking up she starts a journal. She writes a gratitude journal so that she can start a good day. Then after standing in the sun for five minutes, she does breathing exercises.
The actress uses the Wim Hof method and she finds it very good. After this, she does meditation for 25 minutes and also does Isha Kriya. Samantha also does tapping so that she gets relief from pain.
