Selfiee Trailer: The trailer for Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi’s Selfie has been released. The 3-minute-long video, directed by Raj Mehta, begins with Vijay, a superstar (played by Akshay), executing some high-octane stunts, while in the background, we can hear Emraan introducing him as Vijay, superstar. In the following scene, Emraan, who plays a police officer in the film, presents himself as Akshay’s devoted fan. In the trailer, he expresses his desire to meet Akshay and take a selfie with him. He tries to help his idol by acquiring him a driver’s license, but things go wrong due to a misunderstanding.

In the trailer, Akshay Kumar humiliates Emraan Hashmi in front of his kid, leaving them devastated. The film is about what occurs next. According to the trailer, Selfiee is all about action, drama, and powerful dialogues such as ‘Aise fans ki wajah se hi hum zinda hain warna hum toh pata nahi kabke…” and “Vijay sir ki ladai unke sabse bade fan se hain. Ab tera hero jeetega mere hero se.”
Nushratt Bharuccha appears in the teaser as Emraan Hashmi’s wife, while Diana Penty appears to be Akshay Kumar’s better half. Akshay and Emraan dance to the remake version of Main Khiladi Tu Anari near the end of the video. The original music is from the same-named 1994 film. Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, and Shilpa Shetty appeared in it. Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Akshay Kumar wrote in the caption, “ss kahaani ka villain toh pata nahi par hero #Selfiee hai! Watch #SelfieeTrailer now. #Selfiee releasing only in cinemas on 24th Feb.”
