Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s fans achieved a remarkable feat on Saturday as they set a new Guinness World Record just ahead of the television premiere of his blockbuster movie, “Pathaan.”

In a display of unwavering support and adoration, three hundred fans gathered outside his sea-facing bungalow, Mannat, in suburban Bandra, to establish the record for “Most people performing the Shah Rukh Khan Pose simultaneously.” The 57-year-old Bollywood icon, known for his signature open-arm pose, joined his devoted fans in the celebration. Appearing on a platform constructed within the compound of his residence, Shah Rukh waved at the elated crowd and greeted them with his iconic pose. He even delighted them by performing the hook step of “Jhoome jo Pathaan,” the hit song from his movie “Pathaan.”
The record-setting event was organized to commemorate the television premiere of “Pathaan,” which marks Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback to leading man roles after an absence of over four years. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF), the globetrotting spy thriller will be aired at 8 pm on June 18, exclusively on Star Gold.
“It symbolizes the unity of Shah Rukh Khan’s fans and their collective passion. As holders of this Guinness World Record, not just us at Star Gold, but every Shah Rukh Khan fan worldwide can take immense pride in this accomplishment. “Pathaan” also stars renowned actors John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana. The film initially hit theaters in January and emerged as a colossal success, earning a staggering Rs 1,000 crore at the global box office. The movie follows the journey of the titular spy, portrayed by Shah Rukh Khan, who emerges from exile to prevent the terrorist group Outfit X from launching a debilitating attack on India. “Pathaan” is part of producer Aditya Chopra’s spy universe, which includes other successful films such as Salman Khan’s “Ek Tha Tiger,” “Tiger Zinda Hai,” and “War,” featuring Hrithik Roshan.
