Gaiety Galaxy Theatre bends rules again for “Jawan”
The Gaiety Galaxy Theatre, a cornerstone of Mumbai’s cinematic history, has made headlines once more by accommodating Shah Rukh Khan’s films. Earlier, “Pathaan” became the first film in the theatre’s 51-year history to secure a 9 a.m. show. Now, as excitement builds for “Jawan,” the theatre is set to open its doors at the unprecedented hour of 6 a.m. The move underscores the unwavering devotion of both the theatre and the fans to the Bollywood icon.
Atlee’s bollywood debut with “Jawan”
Continuing his streak of success, Shah Rukh Khan is set to make waves with “Jawan,” a film co-written and directed by Atlee, marking the latter’s debut in Bollywood. Produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment by SRK’s wife, Gauri Khan, and Gaurav Verma, the movie features an ensemble cast, including Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, and Sanya Malhotra. The theatrical release of “Jawan” is scheduled for September 7 of this year.
