Shark Tank India Season 2: Young Entrepreneurs’ story inspired Sharks
Namita Thapar and Vineeta Singh called them ‘adorable.’ Dhaval shared his story and told how much struggle he has done to complete his first product at the age of 20. He learned designing from Youtube and started working on a workshop for free. He made prototype products of his machine and they helped them to make a better product. His teacher helped him with Rs. 10,000 and he made the machine after 1 month of hard work. Social media came as a reason for him to sell products.
Sharks asked them different questions and they also asked that what they will do with the investment. Dhaval replied, “Humare paas manufacturing plant nahi hain aur basic tool bhi nahi hain toh pehle toh humein vo chahiye. Dusra Humein Company register karni hai aur R&D ke liye paisa chahiye.” Their vision inspired the Sharks and Anupam Mittal said that the company is early stage but their ‘innocence’ and ‘hardwork’ inspired the Shark. He gave them offer of 30 lakh for 20% equity and Aman Gupta asked him to join. Aman Gupta also called Dhaval ‘Phunsukh Wangdu.’ All Sharks came together and gave the same offer to the young entrepreneurs and they closed the ‘All Shark Deal.’
