Shark Tank India Season 2: Harshal Shah and Samir Shah came to present their bat-producing brand Zsportstech and they impressed the sharks with the business idea. Pitchers said that they make customized bats according to the body dynamics and weight of every cricketer. They asked for 60 lakhs for 2% equity in the company. They showed the video of their company and shared that they have a sensor to monitor the result on which basis they will provide bat to their customer.
Shark Tank India Season 2: Anupam Mittal slams the pitchers
Pitchers offered Aman Gupta to play and check the sensor of their company if it’s working properly or not. Aman Gupta played cricket on the sets and he was impressed with the products. Pitchers claimed that national women team player plays with their bat but she did not use their sticker. However, after seeing their video, Anupam Mittal was not impressed and he said, “Jo chochlebaazi hai yeh iska kitna charge karte hain aap.” Peyush Bansal disagreed with him and he said, “Chochlebazi nahi hai yeh.”
Sharks stepped out of the deal
Pitchers impressed the sharks with their pitch and product but they failed to impress the sharks with their revenue and sales. Sharks felt that the cricket bat brand will not be a good business for them as there are many big players in the field and they stepped out.
