Shark Tank India Season 2: Prateek Palanethra and Vishwanath came to present their ‘free bowler’ which is a bowling machine brand. They shared in their pitch that they are the only brand who offers bowling machines on very low prices. They asked for 75 lakhs for 7.5% equity but they became unsuccessful in impressing the sharks as their pitch was not interesting much than the other pitchers of the latest episode. However, they shared that their brand ambassador is Indian cricket team bowler Ravichandran Ashwin and it made the Sharks happy. Prateek also shared that he is the cousin of Indian batsman KL Rahul.

Sharks asked about their background and they told that they were Under-16 players and now certified Umpires. Prateek Palanethra shared that he has a cricket background as KL Rahul is his cousin. They showed the demo of their product and told the rates to the Sharks. However, most of the sharks denied to invest in that company as Prateek and Vishwanath told that they are in loss. Anupam Mittal said that this product has no demand in the market. He said, “I am just surprised because you don’t know about the market and you are working in the market for over 5 years and you guys are in the loss and there is no demand of this product in the market because every team has their own bowling machine.’
Namita Thapar closed the deal
Namita Thapar offered a deal to the owners and she told the deal of 25 lakhs for 15% equity and 50 lakhs debt at 5% interest.’ However, Prateek and Vishwanath presented a counter offer and Namita said, ‘I am giving you offer and you are giving me counter, other sharks are not even showing interest.’ Peyush Bansal said, ‘we have interest it’s just they are in loss.’ Prateek and Vishwanath locked the deal in 25 lakhs for 7.5% equity and 50 lakhs debt at 10% interest.’ Anupam Mittal asked, ‘kaise chukaoge itna interest. Tumhare paas toh kuch bhi nahi hai.’
