Shark Tank India Season 2: Conker app founder Arvind Arora came to present his skill-based start up in the reality show. He impressed the sharks with his pitch and also made them laugh with his humor but sharks did not like his buttery talks. His app allows any individual to gain knowledge and apply for job in the company. He shared that his students inspired him who decided to suicide after not getting selected.
Shark Tank India Season 2: Peyush Bansal got angry on pitcher
Pitcher said, “humara ask kuch nahi hai. Hum yeh chahte hain ki saare sharks humara sath dein. Phir chahe aap Shagun ka ek rupiya bhi denge toh mujhe vo bhi manzoor hai.” Anupam Mittal said, “Chalo deal done meri taraf se.” Pitcher said thank you but Peyush Bansal asked him to specify his ask. Pitcher continued, “Pehla offer toh ye hai ki aap Shagun ka ek rupiya bhi denge toh vo mujhe manzoor hai toh 0.1% eauity shagun ke badle aapko Dena chahenge and second offer yeh hai ki aap sabhi Sharks agar isme participate karte hain to aap jo bhi invest karenge uska doubt equity current valuation pe hum log dilute karenge aapke liye because humein aapka mehatv pata hai.” Peyush Bansal got a little and he said “aap ghumaiye mat baat ko. Aap ye bataiye aapko kitna Paisa chahiye.”
Peyush Bansal stepped out of the deal
Pitcher asked for 40 lakh in the exchange of 1% equity but he said that he will dilute 2%. Aman Gupta asked him the proper meaning of his statement. Peyush Bansal got angry and stepped out of deal by saying “aap apni requirements hi nahi bata paa rahe hain theek se.” Pitcher shared that he is also a motivational speaker on YouTube. Aman Gupta said that he wasn’t original in the pitch and Anupam Mittal said that he should not follow other people who made business in online education.
