Shehnaaz Gill, an actor-singer, is due to perform on the ‘Senior Citizen Special’ episode of Indian Idol Season 13. Shehnaaz will explain on the show that she went away from her home to pursue her goal. Shehnaaz is heard remarking, “There are very few families in our country that encourage working women,” during a talk with Indian Idol 13 participant Debosmita Roy. Mai apne sapnon ke liye ghar se bhaag gayi thi. Debosmita, you are quite fortunate to have such supportive parents. Always be there for them and make them proud.”
“I just accompanied my mother on her first overseas vacation to Dubai, and the sensation was bizarre,” she continued. It always feels fantastic to accomplish something for your parents.” Shehnaaz Gill, who recently appeared in the music video for “Ghani Syaani” in cooperation with MC Square, will also complement Debosmita Roy’s voice. “Debosmita, after hearing your voice, I believe it will complement my features very well. You’re a talented vocalist who feels every word she sings. I felt compelled to make facial gestures when you sang. Your performance was excellent and calming. I know I’ll feel quite tranquil if I close my eyes and listen to your voice.”

The Season 13 episode of Indian Idol, starring Shehnaaz Gill, will premiere this Saturday at 8 p.m. on Sony Entertainment Television.
