We adored the new trailer for The Archies on Netflix. The contemporary adaptation of the well-known 90s comic by Akhtar and Kagti is a throwback that is sure to evoke fond memories. Many generations have fond memories of the classic comic book since The Archies served as a model for high school romances during their formative years.
The Archies comics are childhood favourites for many generations, from Gen X to Gen Z. And against the setting of the Anglo-Indian 1960s Ooty, this live-action adaptation of the beloved series brings back those nostalgic recollections.

The carefully selected ensemble of The Archies, which includes Agastya Nanda, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Yuvraj Menda, Vedang Raina, Dot, and Mihir Ahuja, is tasked with bringing to life one of the most famous high school friendship groups.
It’s reasonable to conclude they’re a fantastic fit based on the trailer’s glimpses of their on-screen friendship. The film is their big-screen debut, and the hype surrounding it is overwhelming, even though several of them have grown up in the Bollywood circuit and are already well-known faces.
The young stars bring their charm and ’60s elegance to the photo session, all set for their big premiere. The group was styled in vintage glam for the photoshoot by the amazing Poornamrita Singh, with clothing ideal for the Riverdale after-party. Taras Taraporvala nailed the nostalgic tones in the images with ease.
