Earlier, celebrities like Rashami Desai, Pooja Bhatt, and Riya Sen were spotted walking alongside Rahul Gandhi across the nation as part of the Congressman’s Bharat Jodo Yatra.

Swara Bhaker joined the politician on the Bharat Jodo Yatra and was seen travelling with him. Swara, who is clad in a white kurta, can be seen chatting with Gandhi while they both wave at onlookers and laugh heartily. The image was published on the Indian National Congress party’s official Twitter account.
“Today famous actress @ReallySwara became part of #BharatJodoYatra. The presence of every section of the society has made this yatra a success,” the caption of the post reads.
“Swara Bhasker, a star with social commitment and a rare courage to speak truth to power, joined Rahul Gandhi on #BharatJodoYatra today. This historic yatra will be remembered in the name of those who walked in resistance, braving the threats from the ruling fascist forces,” Kerala Congress tweeted.
About Bharat Jodo Yatra
On September 7, Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu served as the starting point for the Bharat Jodo Yatra, a mass contact programme of the Congress. On November 7, it arrived in the Nanded district of Maharashtra. A number of actors, including Pooja Bhatt, Riya Sen, Rashami Desai, Akanksha Puri, and Amol Palekar, have accompanied the lawmaker during his march.
Late in September, Congress’s mass engagement campaign called the foot march received support from Hollywood actor John Cusack via Twitter.
After a day off, it started again from Ujjain on Thursday morning and proceeded to Agar Malwa, the final district of its Madhya Pradesh leg. The 380 kilometre yatra is planned to travel through the politically significant Malwa-Nimar area in western Madhya.
