Bonda Mani: The Tamil language famous comedian and supporting actor Bonda Mani passes away from longstanding health issues. This comedian is known for his roles in Winner, Englishkaran, Aaru, Kannum Kannum and so on. Along with his wide acting performances, he is known for his witty one-liners and comedic timing. Over the years, he has amassed a fan base for his entertaining presence on screen.

Bonda Mani passes away at 60

Since 2022, the actor has been suffering from diabetes and other health issues. Since then, he has been battling several health scares and financial difficulties. During this, many Tamil mega-stars such as Dhanush, Vijay Sethupathi, and Rajinikanth have supported and helped with his medical treatments.

On 23rd December, 2023 night, the actor fell unconscious in his house. He was immediately taken into intensive care where he was declared dead by the doctor. The actor has a wife, a son and a daughter. After battling severe health issues, Bonda Mani said goodbye to the world at the age of 60.

This actor is a refugee from the Sri Lankan civil war who travelled to India during the harsh times. However, his parents died in the war itself. He started his acting career as a supporting role in  Pavunnu Pavunuthan in 1991 and has since done over 200 films as a supporting character. Bonda Mani was last seen this year in the movies, Striker and Va Varalam Va.
