According to some recent sources, actor Manoj Bajpayee’s net worth is close to ₹170 crores, owing to his recent success with web series The Family Man and Gulmohar. Speaking with HindustanTimes, the actor dismisses such reports, claiming that he is still battling to get money into his account. He said, “Making that amount of money is impossible with the type of job I do and being in films like Aligarh (2015) and Bhonsle (2018). I’m still fighting to put money in my pocket, and after reading these reports, I’m hoping that the producers would now raise my pay.”
Manoj Bajpayee reacted to the reports
Talking about the reports of his income, he said that “And then I think, ‘Kaash aish ho jaata’… At the very least, I could then fly away to some remote destination and live a carefree life.” Having said that, ask the actor about times when he is drawn to assignments that pay well, and he answers unequivocally that such ideas never enter his head.
