For many years, The Kapil Sharma Show has been making us go rolling on the floor with laughter. However, the TV comedy show keeps on taking a few sabbaticals in between as the host Kapil Sharma wanted to spend time with his family or was busy with other projects. There have also been several changes in the format of the show over the years. It has now been revealed that TKSS will be taken offline for an indefinite period of time. The final episode of this season will be aired in June.
TKSS to go off air
According to a source as per Indian Express, “Seasonal breaks have actually worked for the show giving us a chance to stir up things in terms of content and cast. Also, comedy is a tough genre and actors need a break so that monotony doesn’t set in. Everyone can return refreshed and we can experiment with a different format and some new characters.”
The source further added, “Kapil Sharma also has an international tour lined up and thus the decision to take a break at this time came in. The team, as of now, plans to shoot a bank of episodes so that their fans do not miss them for long. However, the duration of the break hasn’t been decided as of now.”
The Kapil Sharma Show Final Episode
The date of the final episode of The Kapil Sharma Show is yet to be revealed. However, the source has revealed that the shooting of the show will be wrapped in May, with the final episode airing on television in June.
Kapil had earlier taken break from his show in 2021 and 2022.
