Tripti Dimri: It is not unknown to the Bollywood fanatics that Tripti Dimri has swayed everyone’s hearts. The 2023 Blockbuster Animal’s success may or may not have benefited anyone but it definitely brought Bhabhi 2, Tripti into the limelight. Released in December 2023, Animal’s second lead Tripti Dimri has bagged many massive opportunities after her portrayal as Zoya, something that her top-class works, Qala, Bulbul and Laila Majnu couldn’t do. Recently, the Bollywood actress locked in for another big production flick alongside none other than Jab We Met’s Aditya, Shahid Kapoor.
Tripti Dimri Signed Another Film
Famous film director-producer Sajid Nadiadwala stunned the entertainment community when he posted something eye-catching. On 13th September, Friday, Sajid took to the official social media handles of Nadiadwala Grandsons and announced an upcoming film. Starring Shahid Kapoor he collaborated with ‘7 Khoon Maaf’ director Vishal Bharadwaj for this flick. What grabbed the attention of the fans was, when he welcomed Laila Majnu actress as the female lead. The movie name has not been revealed yet but fans are excited to see Shahid and Vishal work together. Shahid Kapoor and Vishal Bharadwaj have previously given massive hits like Kaminey, Haider and more.
He wrote, “I’m thrilled to join forces with the genius director, my dear friend @Vishalbhardwaj, and the phenomenal powerhouse @shahidkapoor! Delighted to welcome the incredibly gifted @triptidimri to the #NGEFamily. – Love #SajidNadiadwala.”
Tripti Dimri’s Upcoming Films
Tripti Dimri is experiencing a blockbuster surge in the filmy world. The actress was just soaking in the success of Animal and Bad Newz when another flick got ready to release. Tripti Dimri is set to appear in the ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video‘ on 11th October alongside Rajkummar Rao. Some of her other films that are up for this year’s release are Dhadak 2 and Bhool Bhulaiya 3. Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer Dhadak 2 is the sequel of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishan Khatter’s Dhadak. The official film announcement suggests that the film will hit the cinemas on 22nd November 2024. Tripti Dimri has also replaced Kiara Advani for Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. In total Tripti Dimri can release 4 films by the end of this year.
There are rumours of Tripti being a part of Aashqui 3 as well, however, no official claims have been made as of now.
