Tunisha Sharma Death: Sheezan Mohammed Khan, co-star of actor Tunisha Sharma, who reportedly committed suicide on the set of a TV programme in Vasai in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on Saturday, was detained today after a charge of abetment to suicide was filed against him, police said. On Monday, he will appear in court. Her postmortem was performed early Sunday at Mumbai’s JJ Hospital, according to police. “The autopsy lasted until 4:30 a.m., and 4-5 police officers were also there,” officials said, adding that the body is being stored in cold storage.
The shooting team sent her to hospital
The 20-year-old actor was discovered hanging in the restroom following a tea break while filming; Waliv police stated they had to smash down the door because she had not been seen for a long time. At roughly 1:30 a.m., the shooting team transported her to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Authorities performed on-the-spot inquiry
Tunisha Sharma’s coworkers claimed she committed suicide, however authorities performed an on-the-spot inquiry and found no suicide note. They stated that they will look into her death from both a murder and a suicide standpoint.
Sheezan Mohammed Khan, who was detained after the actor’s mother filed a complaint against him, starred in the programme ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul,’ where she was discovered hanging. Tunisha Sharma’s mother alleged in the complaint that Tunisha and Sheezan were in a relationship and blamed Sheezan for her daughter’s severe behaviour.
