Tunisha Sharma suicide case: Tunisha Sharma’s mother and uncle charged actor Sheezan Khan in a press conference a few days ago, now his lawyer and family have talked to the media to tell their side of the story. Sheezan’s sisters, Falaq Naaz and Shafaq Naaz, as well as lawyer Shailendra Mishra, accused Tunisha’s mother, Vanita Sharma, of trying to micromanage her life and claiming the two had strained relations. Tunisha apparently committed suicide on the set of Ali Baba on December 24. Sheezan Khan, her rumored boyfriend and co-star, was detained on the accusation of abetment to suicide. Her mother accused him of adultery and making misleading marriage promises to her daughter.
Lawyer said that Tunisha’s mother broke her phone
“Tunisha and Sanjeev Kaushal (an uncle in Chandigarh) had a terrible relation,” Sheezan Khan’s lawyer stated at a press conference on Monday, according to ANI. “Tunisha’s money were previously managed by Sanjeev Kaushal and her mother, Vanita. Tunisha frequently begged her mother for her own money. Tunisha used to panic a lot when she heard the name Sanjeev Kaushal,” the lawyer claimed. “Tunisha’s mother broke her phone and attempted to strangle her at the request of Sanjeev Kaushal. Sanjeev Kaushal and Tunisha’s mother used to have complete control over Tunisha’s life.”
Falaq and Shafaq Naaz on Hijab controversy
Falaq and Shafaq Naaz, Sheezan’s sisters, also addressed Vanita’s statements that her daughter had begun wearing a hijab. They posted the image and stated that it was taken on the set of the show as part of the filming. “We never forced her to wear a hijab; it came from the channel,” Shafaq Naaz explained.
