Tunisha Sharma: Despite rumor that the show would be cancelled, a channel executive has verified that Alibaba -Dastaan-e-Kabul will continue and that there are no plans to cancel it. The rumours began to circulate after lead actor Tunisha Sharma was discovered dead on the set of the show and Sheezan Khan, who appeared alongside her in the drama, was detained in connection with her death.
Sheezan Khan was arrested a day after Tunisha died after her mother, Vanita Sharma, filed a suicide abetment case against him. Tunisha and Sheezan dated for a while, and according to his family, they had a mutual separation just days before Tunisha was discovered dead. After his police detention expired on December 31, the Vasai court sentenced accused Sheezan to 14 days in judicial custody.
The show will continue with new cast
According to an ETimes story, the show will continue to air by focusing on other characters and tracks. “The show is definitely not going off the air,” a channel official was reported as saying. It will go on.” It went on to say that Tunisha would not be replaced, and that a new lead couple of characters will be introduced on Alibaba Dastaan-E-Kabul.
Tunisha Sharma’s mother claimed Sheezan used to beat her
Vanita, Tunisha’s mother, had made claims against Sheezan, stating that he used to beat her and force her to follow Islamic traditions. Sheezan’s sister Falaq Naaz, telling during a news conference, accused Tunisha’s mother of “neglecting” her and claimed that the deceased actor’s depression was caused by childhood trauma. Shafaq Naaz and Falaq Sheezan, as well as his mother Kehekshan Faisi and his lawyer Shailendra Mishra held a press conference.
