Many people react angrily to her social media posts but recently the actress shared about the harassment she faced in real life. Uorfi uploaded an Instagram story, revealing that she faced harassment on a flight while going from Mumbai to Goa.
Uorfi Javed was harassed and eve-teased by a boys gang on the flight and the actress revealed that she confronted them after being harassed on a flight. She uploaded a video on her Instagram story and the video went viral on the internet which shows the faces of those boys.
Uorfi Javed faces harassment in flight
Uorfi Javed was recently spotted on the Mumbai airport in her new look. She was holding a placard to draw attention to Manipur violence. The actress was flying in economic class to Goa to enjoy her vacation and she uploaded a story about the harassment she faced on the flight.
She wrote, “While travelling from Mumbai to Goa in one of the flights yesterday I had to go through harassment, the men in this video were saying nasty things, Eve teasing and calling names. When I confronted them one of them said that their friends were drunk. Being drunk is no excuse to misbehave with women. Public figure YES, Public property NO.”
The actress remained silent
However, Uorfi showed patience even after this disturbing incident. Instead of creating a scene inside the plane, the actress remained silent as she realized that there are several people inside the plane. Famous for her bold statements, Uorfi handled them single-handedly.
