The film is a directorial venture of Anil Sharma, who is also credited with writing and producing the film. Music for the film is composed and arranged by Mithon and lyrics are penned by Sayeed Quadri. The film is the story of how an old father who is abandoned by his family navigates his situation with the help of a random man from Varanasi.

The trailer of the film shows Nana Patekar's character living the best life with his family. Meanwhile somewhere in Varansi, Utkarsh Sharma's character is solving people's problems and falling in love. However, the story takes a sharp turn as Nana's character find himself abandoned in Varansi. At first he can't fathom his reality until he's cornered into it by Utkarsh's character. The story then pivots to Utkarsh's character promising the old man to help him navigate his way back home. However, chaos ensues from there and the duo find themselves in all sorts of troubles on their way.
