The reality television actress engaged to her boyfriend and businessman Apurva Padgaonkar on her special day. Varun Sood, her ex-boyfriend, published an emoji on his social media account shortly after she got engaged.

Netizens believed Sood responded to the announcement of Divya’s engagement. The star has now dismissed these allegations, though. Varun claimed in an interview that his tweets and postings were not intended at any specific person. He also gave Divya and Apurva his congratulations.
Following Divya’s engagement, Varun Sood replied. “I want to offer the pair my congratulations. I wish them the best of luck,” he added. The actor further denied that any of his tweets or postings made any reference to Divya getting engaged or the couple’s breakup. “A very close friend of mine sang the song that I recently shared. And even earlier, when I uploaded a peaceful emoji, it was in reference to a several contracts I had agreed to. It made no reference to anyone or any incident in anyone’s life. Nobody is mentioned in any of my postings or tweets”, He continued.
