Sam Bahadur: Vicky Kaushal, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra started their preparations for Meghna Gulzar’s new project in July. After that, they all started shooting for the Ronnie Screwvala film in August this year. Vicky Kaushal posted an announcement video on his Instagram and he wrote in the caption, “Only Gratitude as we set out on this extremely special journey. #SamBahadur Now Filming!” Vicky Kaushal has given an amazing performance in Sardar Udham. He hasn’t done any movies after that. Fans are waiting for Vicky’s film and it makes Sam Bahadur the most awaited film.
Meghna Gulzar worked with Vicky Kaushal in Raazi, and she is all set to collaborate with Talvar actor Neeraj Kabi again for her new film. A source said that, “Neeraj Kabi played the lead role in Meghna Gulzar’s National Award Winning Film, Talvar. He will play Jawahar Lal Nehru in Sam Bahadur.” The source further said, “Neeraj and Meghna are very happy to reunite for this film. Meanwhile, Vicky and the other cast are currently shooting in Kashmir and they are about to finish their shoot. After Kashmir, they will move to Delhi for the shooting.”

The first look revealed in 2019
Vicky had officially announced the film’s title last year in April. He wrote in that post, “The Man. The Legend The brave heart. Our Samबहादुर… on the birth anniversary of Field Marshal #SamManekshaw, his story found its name, #SamBahadur”. His first look was unveiled in 2019 and audience loved it. Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shiekh casted after Vicky Kaushal in the film.
