Vikram Vedha Box Office: The movie Vikram Vedha, which stars Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan as a cop and a mobster, made minimal progress on Sunday. The movie made about 15 crore in its opening weekend, bringing its overall earnings to almost 38 crore.
Pushkar-2017 Gayathri’s Tamil film of the same name, Vikram Vedha, which they also co-wrote and directed, is remade in Vikram Vedha. Yogita Bihani, Rohit Saraf, Sharib Hashmi, and Radhika Apte are among the other actors who appear in it. Vijay Sethupathi played the gangster in the original, and R Madhavan played the cop.

According to the sources, Vikram Vedha made between 14.5 and 15 crore on Sunday. The movie took in 12.51 crore on day two after debuting at 10.58 crore. It was launched in theatres alongside Ponniyin Selvan I, an expansive historical drama from Mani Ratnam. Have a look at Hrithik Roshan’s tweet on his character and film here:
Although the movie got favourable reviews and good word of mouth, it failed to translate into significant box office success. However, there is hope that the movie can gain up speed given that it is still in its early stages and the holiday season has just begun.
