Riya Chakraborty: What is the secret of slim and trim Rhea Chakraborty’s health? Yoga, you may say. She works hard to keep her body fit. But there is a strict diet plan that Rhea follows to stay calm and positive. It also helps her maintain a healthy body.
Rhea who starred in Mere Dad Ki Maruti, Sonali Cable and Jalebi, is charismatic and can make anyone around her comfortable and calm with her affable demeanour. And as she loves to eat, staying fit with constantly working out is a must for her. So read on to know Riya’s diet and fitness regime along with a few beauty home remedies that have helped her for years.
She takes full care of her diet
Rhea Chakraborty boils and drinks ajwain, cumin, ginger and lemon daily to keep her digestion right. Also, to have that cherubic face, Rhea makes face packs by mixing yogurt, honey and vitamin E capsules.
Her mantra is to eat home-cooked food. Riya takes coconut water, poha, upma and dosa in breakfast. She loves fruits eats them throughout the day. For protein Riya likes to have lentils, accompanied with seasonal vegetables and a bowl of rice for lunch.
She avoids oily food
“The best is to avoid oils from outside. I have recently turned vegetarian as I believe it is a step towards a healthier lifestyle and helps curb cruelty against animals. Honestly, I’m enjoying it,” says Chakraborty. She says being a Bengali, she loves fish curry. But she claims she’s completely gone off meat now.
On week days, Chakraborty does yoga and kickboxing or Israeli self-defence called Krav Maga. On Saturday-Sunday, she engages in dance activity or Pilates.
