Virat Kohli: Anushka Sharma was all love when husband-cricketer Virat Kohli hit his 72nd century in international cricket against Bangladesh. Kohli hit his hundred in the third ODI against Bangladesh at Chattogram on Saturday. Soon after, Anushka gave a shout-out her husband in her Instagram story. She shared a picture from Virat’s big moment and simply wrote ‘100’ along with two heart emojis.
Virashka love story is to take inspiration from. After dating for many years, the couple got married in 2017 in an intimate ceremony in Italy. They welcomed daughter Vamika in January last year. But not many know that Virat too likes to lead the life of a commoner sometimes, especially when it comes to expressing his love for his wife.
Love makes you do crazy things
In an interview recently, the cricketer narrated how he visited a bakery shop in Bangalore without his security simply because he knew that his actor wife loved the puffs that the bakery makes. He decided to surprise Anushka and visited the bakery to buy his wife’s favourite puffs.
Since he was all masked up and wore a cap, nobody paid any attention to him. He entered the shop and bought the puffs. But when he took out his wallet to pay, he realised he had no cash on him. He feared if he paid by his credit card the person at the counter may recognise him from his name on the card. But thankfully nothing of that sort happened and he went unnoticed.

Virat said in the interview that visiting the bakery like a common person was a great experience for him as it made him feel good.
Virat surpasses Ponting’s record
Virat scored his 72nd century in international cricket to surpass Ricky Ponting’s record of 71 international centuries. This was his 44th ODI century which came after a gap of three years in the 50-over format. India posted a mammoth score of 409 runs in the final ODI of the three-match series against Bangladesh.
Meanwhile, Anushka recently surprised everyone with her cameo in ‘Qala’. Her presence in the film was a closely guarded secret and it seems to have surprised everyone. Even Virat was completely floored the retro look that Anushka did for the film.
