South star Dhanush is celebrating his birthday today and has turned 38. Dhanush was born as Venkatesh Prabhu Kasthoori Raja on July 28. He is one of the leading stars in Indian cinema with movies in Tamil as well as in bollywood. In 2010, Dhanush won Best Actor at 58th National Film Awards for his role in Aadukalam.

Dhanush is also a leading filmmaker, singer and lyricist too. He has backed several hit projects and won two National Awards as co-producer too.
