Ayushmann Khurrana: The latest hype coming in from several sources is circulating around the Dream Girl 2 star, Ayushmann Khurrana. Cricket lovers have waited for a long time to witness the biopic of one of the cricketing legends in India, Saurav Ganguly. Reports have been dropping in that Ayushmann is being cast for the role of Saurav Ganguly instead of Ranbir Kapoor. However, the actor himself might have something to say on the matter.

The much-awaited biopic of the legendary Saurav Ganguly is in development currently. However, there hasn’t been any official announcement regarding who will play the star cricketer’s role. Although, some of the names have been highlighted frequently, such as Ranbir Kapoor and now Ayushmann Khurrana. Numerous sources have been dropping rumors lately that the role will be starring Ayushmann Khurrana and not Ranbir Kapoor.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann has been completely equipped to celebrate the amazing success of his latest film Dream Girl 2. The actor has reportedly made a statement to Pinkvilla, “I’m not saying anything right now. We have to make an official announcement whenever and whatever that happens.” Well of course the actor is not bound to reveal anything since nothing of any sort regarding the biopic has been disclosed yet officially. As of now, the supposed crew is keeping their mouths zipped.

Saurav Ganguly is yet to get his own biopic made like other famous cricketers. Reports have been coming in regarding the production of the film. Apparently, directors and producers, Ankur Garg and Luv Ranjan respectively have been in touch with the Ganguly family, collecting the necessary information for the biopic. The shooting is supposed to begin sometime later this year.
