Will Smith: Well we can’t deny that Will Smith’s famous slap at the Oscars 2022 took the world by Surprise! And just five months after the incident, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith finally made a public appearance over the weekend. (Yes, That’s Right!)
The couple was spotted at a Sushi place in Nobu Malibu and was seen walking side by side for a romantic afternoon date.
Their first Appearance
Will smith donned a dark-blue collared T-shirt and matching pants And further completed his outfit by wearing a black cap and a fresh pair of white Air Force Ones.
While Jada wore a black jumpsuit with a red-checkered jacket wrapped around her waist. Further wore gold-tinted sunglasses and cool sneakers.
What was The slap incident ?
So At the Oscars stage on March 28, Will Smith punched comedian Chris Rock after he made fun of Jada Pinkett Smith’s (his wife) hair. While many don’t know that, Will Smith’s wife Jada has a condition called alopecia, which causes excessive hair fall. In fact, Jada had spoken about it on many platforms in the past. And it was during the event, that Chris joked that Jada looked like GI Jane 2. Jada rolled her eyes at the very mention of it, post which, Will smith went to the stage and landed a punch on Chris’ face. Taking to his seat, Will was heard saying, “Keep my wife out of your f**** mouth.”
Meanwhile later, Smith Apologised to the Rock for that Slap and the Academy Banned him from attending academy award shows and Oscars Events for 10 Years.
