In a recent development concerning the Noida rave party case, popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav finds himself entangled in legal woes as the Jaipur Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has revealed the presence of snake venom in seized samples. The FSL report indicates the presence of cobra and krait snake venom in the substances confiscated from the event held in November 2023.
Denial Amid Allegations
Despite facing allegations of involvement in the supply and use of snake venom at the party, Elvish Yadav has consistently denied any wrongdoing. Asserting innocence, the YouTuber has remained silent on the recent FSL report findings.
Controversial Circumstances
Elvish Yadav’s connection to the case came to light following his alleged association with the snake venom racket, as highlighted by an FIR filed against him last year. Amidst the allegations, Elvish claimed to have no part in the illicit activities, attributing the accusations to being falsely framed, particularly by Maneka Gandhi, BJP MP associated with the NGO People for Animals.
Viral Video Controversy
Earlier, a viral video featuring Elvish posing with a model and snakes stirred controversy. Elvish promptly clarified that the footage was from a music video shoot, distancing himself from any unlawful activities amidst the ongoing legal proceedings.
Legal Proceedings
On November 4, Elvish Yadav faced brief detainment in Kota, Rajasthan, in connection with the case. Despite cooperating with authorities and expressing willingness to assist in the investigation, Elvish continues to vehemently deny his involvement in the alleged snake venom racket.
