Charu Asopa: Other than being a popular Tv actress and content creator, Charu Asopa was recently in the headlines for her relationship with ex-husband Rajeev Sen. Initially they announced their divorce and got back together for the love of their daughter Ziana. But things did not fall in place for them, and they eventually decided to end things. Where Charu along with Sushmita Sen’s brother is currently Co-parenting, but there are times when their pictures of bonding together confuse their fans. Meanwhile, the actress loves to interact with her fans and with the help of her vlogs, shares a lot of details about her personal life as well. And in the recent video, she opened up about her quick and sudden weight loss after pregnancy and how she was able to reach that desired goal.

Charu Asopa Said a Big NO to these food items
Charu Asopa opened up on there was a desperate need to shed those extra kilos, as she got an offer for a show titled- ‘Johri’ and had to look like a 16–17-year-old for the initial segments for the show. And for that part, she is required to reduce weight as soon as possible. The actress stopped eating and Said a Big No to sugar and milk. Followed a strict diet, and used to have only fruits or dry fruits in the morning and drank black coffee.

In order to shed those extra kilos quickly, Charu Asopa used to workout for 2 hours daily. And made sure to never skip on her gym sessions. Meanwhile, all this turned out to be quite hectic for her.
Where, Charu asked her followers to not follow such strict diet and take it slowly.
She further shared that it was her responsibilities and situation that compelled her to do so. Advising her fans to take their time for achieving that healthy and fit body.
