A rapid increase in the cases of corona infection is being recorded in India. Till a week ago, where 6 to 7 thousand new cases of Covid-19 were being reported daily, now this figure has increased to 33,750.
Increasing infection cases have increased the concern of governments across the country. Record cases of Covid-19 have been registered once again from Delhi and Maharashtra.
In a single day, 4099 new corona patients have been reported in Delhi, whereas, 11,877 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered in Maharashtra in the last 24 hours.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is continuously rallying from the other side, has also been infected with Corona.

Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that out of some samples sent to NIV Pune for genome sequencing, some positive cases have come. 4 more cases of Omicron variants have been reported in Goa. Out of these, 1 patient is a resident of Goa, who has no travel history. In such a situation, it indicates indigenous spread which needs to be further investigated.
NCP MLA and Sharad Pawar grandson Rohit Pawar has also become Corona positive. On the other hand, Yuv Sena leader and Aditya Thackeray cousin Varun Sardesai has also become infected.
