India recorded 46,232 new Covid-19 cases in last 24-hour, pushing total tally to rise to 90,50,598. With 564 new deaths, toll mounts to 1,32,726. Total active cases at 4,39,747. Total discharged cases currently stand at 84,78,124 with 49,715 people recuperating from the virus in last 24 hours.
Total number of samples tested up to 20 November is 13,06,57,808 including 10,66,022 samples tested yesterday
Delhi reported highest number of cases as it added 6,600 fresh infections and was followed by Kerala, Maharashtra, and West Bengal.

*Jharkhand reported 185 new Covid-19 cases and two more fatalities. The total covid-19 tally has went up to 1,07,157 while death toll stood at 939. The state now has 2,594 active covid-19 cases.
*Thirteen more people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, pushing the coronavirus tally in the union territory to 4,617, a health department official said on Saturday.
*The US recorded 2,015 deaths from Covid-19 on Thursday, the highest number of new deaths in a single day since May, according to data from Johns Hopkins University. The counrty also logged in 187,000 new infections in a time span of 24-hour.
*The Australian state of Victoria has recorded its 22nd day of no new coronavirus cases, however, the authorities have still asked people to get tested if they find even the slightest symptoms.
*The number of coronavirus cases in Brazil has surpassed 6 million, becoming the third country in the world to pass the grim milestone after the United States and India. It added 38,397 more cases in last 24-hour and 552 virus related deaths.
*US president Donald Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, who repeatedly dismissed the risks of coronavirus as the pandemic spiraled out of control this year, has tested positive for the infection.
*US biotech giant Pfizer and German partner BioNTech sought approval for emergency use of their coronavirus around December this year.
Meanwhile, the overall number of global coronavirus cases has surpassed the 57 million mark, while the deaths have surged to more than 1.36 million, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
