Eye Health Tips for the Protection of Your Eyes
Famous Indian Youtuber and Podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia invited a doctor Rahil Chaudhary to his show and he asked him about the eye health. The doctor talked about splashing water on the eyes. He said in the video, “Some people have this habit that they keep splashing water on their eyes in the morning. They keep washing their eyes with water for 2-4 hours. That is a very bad habit. What happens is that there are tears in our eyes. There is also a layer of oil in those tears. Now what are you doing? When you are washing your eyes again and again, you wash out those tears. So there is a problem of dryness in the eyes.”
Should You Apply Kajal to Children’s Eyes?
The doctor continued talking about eye health and he talked about applying Kajal. He said, “There is a practice in India to apply kajal in the eyes. Especially in the eyes of children.
