Doctor Priyanka said that Ghee is a kind of saturated fat. It’s a form of fat. Our body needs fat also. If we want to consume a balanced meal then we have to consume 25-30 grams of fat daily to have a balanced diet. Secondly, I agree that there have been many studies on ghee and joint health and it was found beneficial for the joints.
How Much Ghee Should You Take?
Studies on ghee and cardiovascular health have found that ghee is not good for cardiovascular health. The catch here is the quantity of ghee. The quantity is 10 grams in a day.
Consuming less ghee than 10 grams per day is going to be beneficial but for your cardiovascular health, for your blood pressure, for your sugar, for your cholesterol levels. Do not consume more than 10 grams per day of ghee. Everything is good in moderation. XYZ is good for our health.
