Acupressure massaging techniques

There are many massage techniques for Acupressure by which you can keep yourself healthy. We are going to tell you about them. Using them will prove to be effective for you and you will start getting results in a short time.

For asthma and cough: Rub the fingers of your hand from the inside with the thumb of the other hand. Keep in mind that you should not rub too hard because doing so can cause pain. Keep rubbing lightly and continue doing this for about 1 minute. Remember that no finger of the hand should be left without rubbing.

For body pain: Keep rubbing the skin between your thumb and fingers in a circular motion with your thumb for 1 minute continuously. While doing this, keep your hand tight and slowly keep rubbing it with the thumb of the other hand for about 1 minute.

For dizziness and dry eyes: Invert your right hand and rub your palm upwards with the thumb of the left hand. Remember that you have to do this on the whole palm so that your hand gets proper relief.

For Gas, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Cramps: If you want to give yourself relief from these things, then keep pressing the palm below the thumb of your right hand with the thumb of your left hand for about a minute. Remember that you should not press for too long and with too much pressure.

After trying all these techniques, your health will change and you will feel some change. You will see its effect after some time, so do not leave it after doing it in a hurry, otherwise, you will have to keep struggling with these pains.
